Magments Terms of Service

Welcome to Magments. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Magments makes custom photo magnets, sold as individual sets (6, 9, or 12-packs) and in bulk quantities for events, weddings, and corporate/promotional use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to place an order with us.

3. Products & Customisation

• All magnets are made to order based on the photos and details you submit.
• By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe on any third party's copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order containing offensive, unlawful, or infringing content.
• Colours, sizing, and finish may vary slightly from what's shown on screen due to printing and manufacturing processes.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in ZAR and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is required in full at the time of order.
• We use secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard orders are delivered via courier at the rate shown at checkout.
• Bulk orders are available for client collection or via courier. Shipping rates to be calculated for bulk orders on weight and size of packaging.
• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details. In summary: custom orders are final sale except in cases of defects, damage, or order errors.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Magments name, logo, and website content are the property of Magments and may not be used without permission.
• You retain ownership of any photos you upload, but grant us a limited license to use them solely to produce and fulfil your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Magments is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. B2B & Wholesale Orders

Separate terms may apply to wholesale, promotional, or corporate gifting partnerships (including referral arrangements with photographers and businesses). These will be confirmed in writing on a per-partner basis.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
