Magments Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All Magments products are made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for production before your order ships. During busy periods (weddings, holidays, bulk corporate orders), processing may take longer — we'll notify you if this affects your order.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery Orders are delivered via courier to the address provided at checkout. A flat delivery fee applies per set order, shown at checkout before you pay.

Bulk Orders Bulk orders are not couriered. These are prepared for client collection at 21 Stompdoring Rd, Moreletapark, and no delivery fee applies. We'll notify you when your bulk order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

• Standard delivery: 2-3 business days
• Bulk/collection orders: ready within 5-10 business days of order confirmation

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high demand — they are not guaranteed.

Shipping Areas

We currently deliver to South Africa. If your address falls outside our delivery zone, please contact us before ordering to check availability.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. Bulk/collection orders have no shipping fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available) so you can follow your delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@magments.co.za — we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@magments.co.za with your order number, and we'll investigate with our courier partner.
